To Receive God's Gift of Eternal
Life, You Must Place Your Faith in Jesus Christ and Receive Him
as Savior and Lord of Your Life.
When I turned from my sins,
I put my faith in JESUS CHRIST and received Him as my Savior
and Lord. The way to put your faith in Jesus is to believe that
He died for your sins because He loves you. Jesus will forgive
your sins and give you eternal life IF you ask Him. You do this
by praying.  I prayed a simple prayer like the one
written below and Jesus changed my life forever.
Dear God, I know that you love me. I know that I don't deserve
your love or forgiveness. I know I have done wrong things against
you. I am sorry. I turn from my sins. I ask your forgiveness.
I place my faith in you, Jesus, and I receive you as my Savior
and Lord. Thank you for dying for me. Thank you for coming into
my life as my Savior and Lord. I trust you to help me live the
Christian life from this day. In Jesus Name, Amen.
There is no magic in such a prayer as this, but if you sincerely
pray this prayer and mean what it says, Jesus will become your
Savior and Lord. When I prayed this prayer I humbled myself and
invited Jesus into my life to be in charge. I knew I needed what
only Jesus can give: forgiveness, guidance, peace, and power
to live right. I knew that without Jesus I could not be the kind
of person God wants me to be. But, thank God, with Jesus I was
a new person. This was confirmed for me when I read in the Christian
Bible in the book of Romans, chapter 10, verse 9 (NKJV): "If
you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your
heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved."

will you place your trust in Jesus Christ right now, and surrender
